During these times of rising prices, it seems like everything is getting more expensive. That is not the case at Clermont Orthodontics. Dr. Adams has not increased his fees in years and will NOT increase them at any time in the near future. Dr. Adams is able to charge more affordable fees because he owns his own practice and is not part of a corporation (which prioritizes profits, not patients), and he only has one practice location cost to pay.

Orthodontic treatment fees are based on the severity of the problems that need to be fixed. You pay for excellent results, not for the number of months in treatment or for the monthly treatment. The number of months in treatment are an estimate, usually 18 to 24 months for treatment, and the actual time may be shorter, but rarely longer. Dr. Adams sees and treats every patient at every monthly appointment and by seeing them monthly instead of every two months, the overall time in treatment is reduced.

Making Treatment More Affordable:

  • Our treatment fee is all-inclusive. There are no separate charges for X-rays, missed appointments, broken brackets, etc. that increase the overall fee. The only exception would be an extra charge for a lost retainer. In an effort to prevent even this additional cost, Dr. Adams tells patients to only wear their retainers while at home. Putting them on the table at a restaurant or at the school cafeteria and walking away is the most common way retainers usually get lost. Only wearing them at home serves their purpose and eliminates this additional cost for lost retainer.

Therefore, for each and every individual for whom a patient or parent refers to Dr. Tim Adams and Clermont Orthodontics that actually starts treatment, you will get paid $200. That’s right – $200 for EACH and EVERY patient? That is Dr. Adams’ way of saying THANK YOU for entrusting others to his care!

  • Clermont Orthodontics accepts many insurance plans.
  • We will check on your insurance benefits and estimate the amount your insurance company will pay and what you will need to pay as well for treatment.
  • Please remember that if your insurance benefits should ever terminate, you will be responsible for the remaining portion of the cost treatment. It is critically important to pay your monthly premiums to keep your insurance coverage active during your entire treatment.
