- Dr. Adams actually provides hands-on treatment for every patient, every day and every month. It is important that patients and parents understand what this means. This commitment to patient care ensures that excellent results are achieved in less time! You are paying for the BEST and you DESERVE the BEST! You will never have an appointment in which the assistant is the only one gloving up and performing hands on treatment. Unfortunately, too many orthodontic practitioners are having their assistants perform most of the treatment for their patients, even with no direct supervision during their appointments. Dr. Adams limits the number of patients he sees and treats so that he may provide this one-on-one, actual, direct patient care.
In addition, Dr. Adams schedules patients every month instead of every two months. Why? By doing this, Dr. Adams is able to more closely monitor the progress of treatment and patient compliance, and thus, treatment goals are achieved much quicker, reducing the overall time spent in treatment. It is especially important for teenage patients to be seen monthly to more closely monitor their oral hygiene, compliance with rubber band wear, and check for any broken brackets, etc. Staying on top of their care helps them achieve excellent results, in less time.
- Parents are welcomed and encouraged to sit in the treatment area, where they may comfortably sit to directly observe and be involved in their childs’ care. The first thing you will notice as you enter the new office location is that there are no walls and doors separating the reception area from the treatment area. The office has an open floor plan, and patients and parents are free to go wherever they want. This is their office! The new office location was also designed with ample room in the treatment area to accommodate chairs in which parents and other family members can comfortably sit and observe their loved one’s care. Dr. Adams encourages parents to sit in the treatment area so they may be informed at every monthly appointment of their child’s progress and of the treatment goals for the next appointment. By involving the parents at every monthly appointment in their child’s treatment, better results are achieved, in less time. It is a team effort to achieve excellent results for their children. This serves their best interests!
- Dr. Adams provides his personal cell number, 407-319-2746, to all patients and parents so they may easily contact him to address any concerns and emergencies personally. Dr. Adams wants his patients and their parents to know that he is available to them 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns they may have regarding treatment, or for emergency appointments, in which he will personally meet them at the office, no matter what time or day.
Dr. Adams literally only lives two minutes from the practice. He intentionally chose to build the new practice location only a two minutes’ drive from his house so he can quickly respond to patients’ needs and meet them at the practice day or night, seven days a week.
- Dr. Adams makes orthodontic care more affordable. Keeping treatment costs reasonable and affordable is DOING RIGHT BY PATIENTS AND PARENTS. By offering in-house financing, patients/parents do not have to pay interest charges associated with credit cards and loans (for example, CareCredit). We offer many discounts, including referral discounts, multiple family discounts, military discounts, no insurance discounts, etc. to lower the cost of treatment. - Clermont Orthodontics is the ONLY FULL-TIME orthodontic practice in Clermont, serving Clermont and the surrounding communities. By having only one location that is open every day of the work week, this makes treatment more convenient and affordable. Patients living in and near Clermont don’t ever have to contend with the possibility or reality of driving to a distant town office location to be seen for a monthly appointment or for an emergency appointment. All other orthodontic practices in Clermont have multiple locations and they are only at their Clermont locations one to two times per week. Having more than one location is not only inconvenient for patients, it also increases the practice’s overall costs. By having only one practice location, costs are kept to a minimum and thus Dr. Adams is able to charge lower, more reasonable prices for treatment and offer many discounts. Dr. Adams does not have the pressure and need to see and treat many, many patients every day to help pay for these additional practice location costs.

Therefore, he decided to build a new practice location and invest in the most modern equipment and advanced technologies to better serve his patients. For example, patients do not have to gag any longer with gooey impressions being taken of their teeth. With scanning technology, scans may be taken of the teeth and oral tissues to fabricate retainers and any other specialty orthodontic appliances. Thank goodness! It is beyond cool to be able to offer all these modern advances and conveniences for our AMAZING PATIENTS!
With the new practice being located in beautiful Downtown Clermont, patients and parents may enjoy some quality time walking around the downtown area and/or near the lakefront either before or after their appointments. Dr. Adams is so very happy and proud to be able to offer this new location to his patients and their parents; he only wants the best for them.
Please be aware that for many years, Dr. Adams was planning and saving to build this new practice to better serve his patients. No worries, he saved the necessary funds to totally pay for the practice’s construction and all new equipment. No debt was taken on that will need to be paid back. Therefore, there will be no increase in treatment fees because there is no debt to pay off. YES!
